Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline Break Up After Less Than a Year of Dating
The pair were first linked in September 2023
Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline are going their separate ways.
Davidson, 30, and Cline, 26, have officially split 10 months after they were first romantically linked, PEOPLE has learned. The U.S. Sun was the first to report the news.
Sources confirmed to PEOPLE in September 2023 that the Bupkis actor and the Outer Banks star were dating. Soon after, Cline attended the comedian’s standup show in Las Vegas, where they spent “a quick 24 hours” staying in Crockfords Entertainment Suite at Resorts World Las Vegas.
One month later, they were spotted out in public together for the first time, heading to a Saturday Night Live afterparty after Davidson hosted the season 49 premiere.
Sources exclusively told PEOPLE at the time that the pair “kept to themselves” but “seemed very lovey” at the star-studded event, which also included celebs like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
In December, just after Davidson canceled several of his upcoming shows due to “unforeseeable circumstances,” he grabbed drinks and a bite to eat with Cline at Bobo's Café in Somers, New York, according to onlookers.
The two were not seen out together again after that, but the actress was spotted in Davidson’s Netflix special Turbo Fonzarelli. In the final credits, Cline could be seen in a private jet in a hoodie and a puffer jacket, although Davidson is not pictured in the shot.

Davidson was dating his Bodies Bodies Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders — shortly after calling it quits with Kim Kardashian after nine months — and the two broke up in August 2023.
Cline was most recently in a relationship with singer Jackson Guthy in 2022. That followed a fling with her Outer Banks costar Chase Stokes, who is now dating Kelsea Ballerini.
